Below is SuperBargainsRUS return policy. If you want to return items to us, please read and follow the instructions. You can also call our
Customer Support Hot-line where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand
our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item/items back to us.
SuperBargainsRUS reserves the right to charge a fee on all returned products.

Has my order been shipped?
All orders are recorded and tracked online. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Can I stop a package that has been shipped?
If it was shipped USPS Post Office? NO
If it was shipped UPS we can try but it is not always successful and the fee is $10.00 plus return freight. New UPS Returns Service Rates are now in effect.

I ordered the wrong item, and wants to exchange it.
For a more prompt exchange/refund, call to obtain a return authorization number.
If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
-Return in original packaging
-Return to SuperBargainsRUS within (30) days
-Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
- Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
-Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
-All returns must be prepaid;
No COD’s accepted
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

I placed an order, but was shipped the incorrect item.
Return the incorrect item and include a return receipt for freight. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of freight to Green Supply. This will be done at Green Supply’s discretion. If the order was shipped ground, and the end user decides to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, they will do that at their own expense.
Once the incorrect item is received back, Green Supply will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct item shipped out prior to us receiving back the incorrect item, we can do so, but you will be responsible for the original item’s purchase price should it not get returned.
No express freight methods will be used for items shipped a second time regardless of how the item was originally shipped. If a dealer wishes to ship an item via an express method, it will be done at the dealer's expense.

- Include a copy of the original packing slip

I received a package that was damaged in transit. What should I do?
You should contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number.
Green Supply will not accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

My order appears to be lost in transit. What should I do?
A claim will be filed for the lost package. You should contact SuperBargainsRUS, and we will file a claim with the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS). These claims can take upwards of 30 days.
If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.

I received a defective item. What should I do?
If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return instructions.

I did not received the product and want to cancel the order. What do I do?
Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. If the order has not yet shipped or is not in process, notify SuperBargainsRUS via telephone to cancel the order. It is important to notify us immediately if you want to cancel an order, as most orders ship same-day.
If the order has been shipped, the consumer will need to follow the normal returns process, if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.

Does Green Supply issue Call Tags?
Call tags will not be issued for any reason. We will credit the end user for freight if the error is Green Supply's. In order to get reimbursed for return freight, your customer must include a receipt for the return freight when they ship the product back to us.

Can I order firearms from your store?
You MUST have to have an FFL to sell firearms online. At this time SuperBargainsRUS does not have a FFL.

What is a return freight charge?
When a customer refuses a package or UPS returns the package, UPS is charging an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. This amount may be billed to you as needed, depending on your situation.

What is an address correction and why am I being charged for it?
Occasionally, SuperBargainsRUS will be billed for an address correction. UPS charges $5.00 (or $10.00 for express packages) if the address given by you is not exactly correct. This amount will be billed to you as needed, depending on your situation.

What is "New" condition?
All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned to Green Supply.
Examples of new, unopened products:
- A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not been worn
- A shotgun that has not yet been pieced together
- A treestand that has not been assembled
Examples of products that SuperBargainsRUS will refuse:
- A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
- A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
- A Leupold optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box
- Any bubble-packed item that has been opened
Refused items will be shipped directly back to your customer, and will not be credited. You will also absorb the return freight costs to your customer. For this reason, it is important to understand the condition of your customer's products before requesting a return from Green Supply.

Policy #2
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping DeadlinesOrders received by us (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received (for in-stock items) after 1 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day of receipt.
CarriersMoteng ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Freight CostsMoteng will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.
Moteng offers a "Bill to Third Party" option for UPS, FEDEX and DHL services only. Parcels can be shipped and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's account. All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account.
Parcel InsuranceMoteng will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, Moteng has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
International ShipmentsPlease note that certain products distributed by Moteng are not available for export. Check with your sales representative for details.
RETURN POLICY
Moteng customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Moteng. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Moteng will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 1-800-367-5900, option 2, or email us at info@moteng.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Return Auth # RequiredMoteng will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking FeesNon-defective merchandise returned to Moteng for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITYIf a particular MOTENG Web Site, or any product or service offered on any MOTENG Web Site (each a "MOTENG Site/Service", and collectively "MOTENG Sites/Services") requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTIONMoteng reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all MOTENG Sites/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Moteng may also terminate or suspend your access to MOTENG Site/Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by Moteng. Upon termination of the MOTENG Site/Service, your right to use the MOTENG Site/Service immediately ceases.
Moteng shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
GENERALThe laws of the State of California, U.S.A., govern this agreement. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the MOTENG Sites/Services. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Moteng as a result of this agreement or use of the MOTENG Sites/Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Moteng, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the MOTENG Sites/Services. Moteng reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of the MOTENG Sites/Services, including its contents, without your prior permission if Moteng has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Moteng or its affiliated companies; (3) enforce the terms or use; or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others. Moteng's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Moteng's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the MOTENG Sites/Services or information provided to or gathered by Moteng with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Moteng with respect to the MOTENG Sites/Services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Moteng with respect to the MOTENG Sites/Services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
